You may cancel an order and receive a full refund by emailing admin@planetstriker.com at any time prior to 24 hours before the dispatch of the goods.

Any goods damaged during delivery will be replaced at our expense once the damaged goods have been returned to the Post Office and received by us.

We will consider on a case-by-case basis any requests for refunds in relations to goods that were ordered in error. Goods must be returned undamaged at the purchaser's expense to qualify for a refund.
